The Plug Adapter looks and works like any mains adapter plug, but incorporated inside is an extremely high-quality and tiny, crystal-controlled microphone transmitter.

All that is required to monitor conversations inside a room is to simply plug the Adapter into any mains socket. Once it is plugged in, one can monitor everything that is going on in the room from a distance of up to 1000 feet, depending on the location in which it is being used. No changing of battery is required, as it draws its power from the mains power supply.

A dedicated receiver is supplied (see below) as standard, and this can be used with a voice-activated, reduced-speed recorder for remote, unattended use.

As an option, a lower priced, free-oscillating, Plug Adapter Transmitter operating on VHF (110- 130 MHz) can be supplied. This can be monitored on any airband radio or can be supplied with a dedicated receiver

This is a completely new crystal-controlled receiver which has been designed for use with our covert transmitters.

The receiver provides extremely high quality sound definition, and can be supplied in any VHF or UHF frequency. It comes complete with a connector cable for use with a headset and for use with a voice-activated, reduced speed tape recorder for unattended use. It's small size and weight make it ideal for covert use. It can be supplied either as a single, two-channel or three-channel receiver.
